P:How to convert our cartoon into a web graphic animation
1)What are some impossible solutions to our problem?
An impossible solution to convert our cartoon into a web graphic animation is not having a cartoon drawn by hand to get an idea in what you would want to do on posting it onto the program
2)What is the easiest software to use?
For what i searched i found this software called *Express Animator 1.0 s an animation tool for creating animations, cartoons and presentations with sound and music.
3)What are some options for creating animations?
some options to make an animation, such as the time interval, the maximum frames, the width and height of images, etc.
4)How much would the software cost?
License: $39.00
5)How much time will I need to spend to become familiar with the software?
It may take some time to actually get familiar with this program, it may take 2-4 hours depends how fast you learn the program.
